Position Overview: Provides administrative support and reports directly to the CEO/President of The Brighton Group Inc.
Responsibilities:
Position requires the ability to learn and understand the broker contracting process of multiple insurance carrier.
Assist, track, and maintain detail record of all broker contracting status and pending requirements.
Willingness/Ability to travel.
Schedules appointments, maintains calendar and coordinates conferences and meetings.
Assist, track, and maintain details record of Real Estate negotiation leads and current clients.
Interacts with all members of staff, directors, managers, brokers, and employees.
MUST be Bilingual in English and Spanish, other languages preferred, but not required.
Valid Driver's License.
Education/Skills/Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of work-related skill, knowledge or experience is needed.
Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree preferred
