Classification: Salary, Exempt Starting Salary: $35,000 Reports To: Concierge Department Lead Summary: The client concierge provides effective customer service by establishing a working relationship with internal and external clients through communication via telephone, email, or in person with customers or company employees. Support and retain designated coaching students: 1. Call each member at least once per month to check in 2. Respond to emails and calls with student requests within 24 hours 3. Track savings and income dashboard and ranking reports to make sure student is on track for goals 4. Send coaching call reminders and open line reminders 5. Help members and their teams by answering questions about forms, sending example materials from library, etc. 6. Update the concierge library so all members have the latest tools 7. Set up extra calls with other coaches when needed 8. Set up open line calls and regulate for quality Support designated coaches: 1. Send Monday reminders and contact sheets 2. Collect coaching checklists and follow up for completion 3. Send instruction and obtain topics when coach is hosting a call 4. Communicate with the coach about struggling students through monthly check-in call 5. Send reminders for Summit deadlines/collect handouts 6. Ensure early in the semester that assigned coach has scheduled a site visit 7. Provide feedback on at least two coaching calls per coach per month Assist with planning and executing Semi Annual Summits and Team Training events: 1. Provide members with the information regarding the Summit 2. Help plan and work Team Training events 3. Help with follow up after events Competencies: 1. Customer/Client Focus 2. Technical Capacity Requirements: • Strong technical and computer skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Experienced in appointment setting and handling a wide range of administrative support related tasks. • Comfortable responding to internal and external requests via email and phone in a timely manner. • Ability to update and maintain various databases. • Capacity to assist in special project assistance, as needed. • Must be skilled, efficient, and results-driven. • Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Has excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills • Is self-directed and able to work collaboratively and independently with little or no supervision. Preferred Experience: At least 2 years of customer service experience. Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment: This job operates in a professional environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, webcams, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a salaried, full-time position. Hours of operation are 8:55 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday. Travel: Travel to Semi Annual Summits and Team Training Events are a requirement of this position. Other Duties: Light housekeeping duties and assistance in various departments, as needed.
