Sales Associate Works in conjunction with sales entrepreneur to support business development and sales opportunities. This includes arranging appointments and organizing meetings and demonstrations; assist sales entrepreneur in the demonstration of flagship products; proactive calling campaigns to find and schedule appointments with potential clients; Supports sales entrepreneur’s activities to maintain and nurture existing client relationships; Prepares weekly, monthly and/or quarterly sales reports; Develops and maintains thorough knowledge of industry product information. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically, or through other means to individuals and groups. Assists with special projects as assigned. Multi-lingual – English/Spanish preferred. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma + preferred 6 months related sales experience preferred but not required Creative, flexible, and innovative team player Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all levels. Sales Entrepreneur Develops and closes sales opportunities while continuously expanding a network of potential clients and recruits. Recruits, and trains qualified sales associates; continually supports and motivates sales team. Oversees own business operation to ensure the attainment of established Company sales objectives. Active selling player-coach arranges appointments, organizes client meetings and demonstrations; Develops and maintains thorough knowledge of Company products and industry. Continually gathers and monitors information on competition and market trends; communicates information to sales associates and upline as needed. Understands and communicates information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to sales associates. Coordinates weekly team strategic sales meetings. Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of sales associates and downline; Provides timely and accurate reports as required. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically, or through other means to individuals and groups. Ability to negotiate and deliver. Multi-lingual – English/Spanish preferred. Minimum experience or requirements: * High School Diploma + preferred Two + years related sales experience Proven leadership and business acumen skills Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all levels.
