As a member of the Strategic Products team, you will assist in the development of a variety of new products, from concept through implementation. You must possess a unique blend of business savvy and entrepreneurial spirit; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. Working in collaboration with other areas of the organization as well as external partners, you will help drive innovation in the development of new products and services. To be successful, you must be highly organized, communicate effectively with all areas and at all levels of an organization, and you must embrace the opportunities and challenges associated with innovation. Minimum experience or requirements: Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. 2 years of work experience this may include college internships and summer work experience. Working knowledge of PC applications including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation applications. Strong problem solving analytical skills; an entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to work on multiple projects, with limited direction. Desired: Engineering or computer-related degree. 5 years of relevant industry experience. Strong operations background. Extensive experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access or other data base applications. Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.
