We are seeking a Bilingual Member Service Representative for the Member Service Department. The incumbent is expected to meet all department standards. This is a call center environment where you’ll assist members by appropriately resolving their issues, answering questions and referring Credit Human products and services to meet their needs and enhance their financial health and well-being. If you’re Bilingual and good at analyzing and resolving problems and offering options, you should apply right away!
