Job Description

We offer a competitive compensation package for our Customer Service-Collection Representatives including base pay starting between $17.01 to $18.95 per hour (annually $35,380 to 39,416K) plus pay increases every 6 months of active service up to top pay!

  • Manage customer needs with courtesy and respect, training customers on their options
  • Expedite collection of overdue accounts in a measured and fast paced environment
  • Make customers aware of overdue accounts and ensure their information is accurate
  • Administer all collections and billing functions according to required policies and procedures

Qualified candidates should be available and flexible to work during the operations hours listed.Our current hours of operations is Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 9:00PM and Saturday 8:00AM to 7:00PM.
