The Manufacturing Unit Manager reports to the Assistant Plant Manager and is responsible for day-to-day supervision of assembly, welder, distribution operations and shop floor personnel for a growing plant supporting Paccar truck manufacturing. The Unit Manager will ensure that the plant will meet production goals and standards for all operations. This includes Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Process and Procedural standards. Participate in an opportunity in building the foundation for the Division’s future growth.

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or Business and three (or more) years of experience in manufacturing OR at least 5 years of manufacturing experience
At least three years of supervisory experience
