Job Description

The Team Leader employment opportunity is excellent for those who seek an opportunity to add enhanced job skills, leadership and management experience to their resumes, as well as those who want experience working in the government sector or collaborating with non-profit and community organizations. This is a full-time 11 month program that can be repeated. Opportunity to earn college credit hours for continuing education. A child care allowance is available to members who are custodial or joint-custodial parents. Team Leaders also receive healthcare benefits, all housing and travel, and valuable experience to enhance any degree or career history. Federal partners include Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, U.S. Forest Service, state and local governments, community agencies, non-profit organizations.
