Team Captain (Entry Level) – Opportunities Available in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston and Austin Texas

Duties and responsibilities

  • Secure petition signatures and register voters
  • Educating people on conservative issues
  • Assists with on-site team training as necessary
  • Ensures team's goals are aligned and representative of the overall company's directive
  • Acts as liaison between team members and the Assistant Regional Manager
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the company
  • Performs a variety of tasks in support of operational goals as assigned by the Assistant Regional Manager
  • Reports directly to Assistant Regional manager

 

Minimum experience or requirements: *

Qualifications

  • No criminal record
  • 17 years of age or older
  • Work outside on your feet up to 8 hours per day
  • Must be able to memorize a script.
  • You must be out-going and comfortable initiating conversation with strangers
  • Leadership: 2 years
  • Management experience is a major plus but not necessary depending on capability
  • Proven track record of exclusively positive social interaction in the workplace
  • Possess valid driver’s license and have own means of transportation
  • Must be responsible for daily transportation of company provided field equipment such as a tent, table, weights, banner, and cooler
  • Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
  • Excel in a position of independence and responsibility
  • Monday through Saturday availability (5 hrs. per day) between the hours of 8am-5pm.
  • Must enjoy working outdoors

Job Type:

  • Hourly, Part-Time up to 29 hours per week
  • $18 per hour
