  • Function in a general maintenance role, including porter and groundskeeping responsibilities for multi-family housing communities. As a key member of our on-site temporary staffing team, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Clean grounds to ensure curb appeal
  • Painting/drywall repairs
  • Pressure Washing
  • Use blower as needed
  • Learn how to complete unit turns for apartment homes by getting them ready for the next residents
  • Learn how to perform a variety of basic to advanced work orders
  • Familiarity with small power hand tools preferred
  • Learn about grounds maintenance and landscaping
  • Report deficiencies to maintenance supervisors
  • Interact effectively with management, peer, residents, and future residents
  • Experience with general carpentry, janitorial or painting a plus – but we will train the right individuals (paid training)

The Qualifications
Must be able to use general maintenance equipment including, but not limited to:

  • Hand tools
  • Landscaping equipment
  • Be willing and able to assist our clients at communities in the Denver Metro area.
  • Bring your great attitude and customer service skills to work every day!
