Zillow – Connection Specialist:
We are looking for a Connections Specialist to continue to revolutionize the way consumers connect with professionals.
If you are a high-energy team-player with excellent organization and communication skills and are motivated to achieve and exceed monthly targets on a consistent basis while providing exceptional service, we want you on our team!
Who you are
- You have 2+ years’ experience in a customer facing position (i.e. retail, call center, support, sales or help desk)
- You're able to work early or late shifts and weekends plus holidays (40 hours a week)
- Proficient use of web-based products, MS Office and SalesForce preferred but not required
- You're an active listener and can work efficiently
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and set daily goals
- You're hard-working, motivated, enthusiastic and honest; work effectively in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment in a very dynamic company
- You're someone who can provide an outstanding level of service to our customers as well as be an effective business partner for our agents
- You have strong communication skills through email, phone, text and personal interaction
- Familiarity with real estate industry a plus
- Meet or exceed all key performance indicators included but not limited to quality, productivity and attendance
Note: Shifts are four or five days a week and weekend availability is required
