The Child and Adolescent Lead Psychiatrist role will be in working with a diverse population of youth from the foster care and juvenile justice systems at the Dobbs Ferry residential campus. Provide leadership and supervision of staff psychiatrists, participate in hiring and on-boarding of psychiatrists, co-chair psychiatry meetings, coordinate case conferences and other administrative duties. Other Psychiatrist duties will include psychiatric evaluations and monthly medication management of residential youth within an interdisciplinary team setting with psychologists, pediatrician, nursing, social workers, caseworkers and milieu staff.
