To provide the highest level of customer service, assist management as needed and to provide constant support to the stores, while insuring that all Federal and State laws and company policy and guidelines are being followed.

Operate a personal computer, host computer and other general office equipment;
Communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms in both English and Spanish;
Apply cognitive skills to research and provide solutions.
Take directions, carry out instructions, follow posted rules, and interact with coworkers;
Promptness and reliability are essential to operations;
Professionalism and friendliness when interacting with colleagues and external personnel is a required job function.

Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time in front of a computer;

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with primary hours coverage from 8:00 AM to 5:00 Monday through Friday some weekend and holidays, with a standard one (1) hour lunch period and two (2) break periods.
