Job Description

Assistant Store Manager hires, trains and directs the actions of Associates and Coordinators to maximize sales profit and operating efficiently. Manages all aspects of the store. Assists with overall operations of the store including merchandise processing, front line operations, maintenance and human resources. Ensures desired customer service experience levels are maintained. Supports all customer service initiatives.
