OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We’re seeking a highly-motivated, energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.  Are you fearless and professional with just the right amount of aggressiveness to get the job done?  Do you have a proven track record for closing business and exceeding goals? Then we want to hear from you!  Must be extremely comfortable prospecting, cold calling, demonstrating products, developing new relationships and closing!

Outside Sales Role & Responsibilities: 

  • Generate leads through self-conducted research and networking, actively makes multiple cold calls and appointments looking for new business opportunities
  • Ability to learn about and demonstrates variety of products, as well as close sales on the spot
  • Execute a daily sales plan in local territory to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Develops and executes profitable business plans and manages accounts
  • Submitting all written reports required by corporate management in a timely manner
  • Conducts all activities in accordance with established company policies
  • Utilize CRM technology to track leads and daily activity
  • Strong relationship building both with clients and within the company. Position works closely with Customer Service, Finance and Purchasing to service clients

 Additional Sales Representative Skill-Set Required 

  • Experience with solution selling in a short sales cycle
  • Leadership skills
  • Prior experience with on-the-spot selling, a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven and verifiable track record achieving goals
  • Learning mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both internally and with clients
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office solutions (Excel, Word, Outlook), LinkedIn and applicable CRM systems

 

Compensation:  $40,000 - $45,000 (dependent on experience), bi-weekly, bonuses, plus commission

Benefits:  Full benefits after 90 days to include medical, dental and vision
