Qualifications for all positions within this department include the ability to work within a team environment with Quality Control department as well as all other departments, reliable transportation, valid driver’s license with good record, working outdoors in all kinds of weather conditions, walk, sit or stand for extended periods of time, including pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, or lifting up to 30 pounds. Applicants must also be able to carry or use various tools such as backpack blower, pressure washer, etc.
Expectations for all positions include the ability to follow written and oral instructions in a professional and timely manner, perform general duties as assigned by supervisor and positively communicate with all guests as well as co-workers. One must have a positive attitude and be able to maintain confidentiality of Company business and be able to work weekends, holidays or overtime as deemed necessary by supervisor. This person must also be able to work well others, be a team player and have reliable transportation.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Bathrooms- clean bathrooms and check supplies in the following locations: Trading Post, Coffee House, Information Center, Conference Center, Indoor Pool, Arcade, Security and Properties.
Front Office- clean bathroom, vacuum rugs, sweep, and dust and mop front office area, clean windows, sweep outside porch and wipe down outside chairs.
Bathhouses- Check toilet tissue and hand soap and supply as needed, clean soap dishes in showers, clean showers and shower walls, clean benches, sinks, mirrors toilets and urinals. Clean walls and dividers between toilets, wipe down tops of mirrors and dividers between toilets, sweep and mop floors, take out trash and replace plastic bags, sweep walkways outside of bathhouses, check for and clear any cobwebs, clean out center floor drains and power wash or hose out bathhouses as deemed necessary by supervisor.
