Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Ability to learn and proficiently perform contract document related tasks:
    • Audit new member sales contracts for accuracy in preparation for new business processing
    • Prepare bi-weekly title search requests
    • Assist with weekly funding/closing batches
    • Review and submit documents for e-recording
    • Assist with weekly cancellation requests
    • Recording data entry
    • Prepare and scan files/documents
    • Work within electronic document repositories
    • Handle all file related requests from within the company to include:
      • Mailing copies of file content to owners as requested
      • Preparation for audits
      • Assisting with returned collateral from lender custodians
 
Skills and Abilities Required: 
  • Detail oriented
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work both independently and part of a group
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Customer Service and Problem Solving skills
  • Timeshare Experience preferred but not required
