As a healthcare customer service representative, each day is different, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities:
Create a welcoming experience by authentically engaging every caller, every time.
Make a connection with customers by engaging in friendly and genuine conversation throughout each call to provide a world-class experience.
Interacting with team and co-workers in a supportive and purpose-driven environment.
Thoroughly and accurately answer questions about customers healthcare accounts.
Thoughtfully listen to customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
Other duties based on business needs.

The good news is we have some amazing training that will help teach you everything you need to know to be an awesome healthcare customer service representative. What we need from you is to come prepared with the following skills:
Effective communication, including using positive language and being attentive to customer needs.
A positive, welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and other team members.
Learn and adapt to evolving technology needs.
Work both independently and with a team.
Fluent in English and Spanish
One year of call center experience preferred but not required.
High School diploma or GED required.
