Treatment Professional capable of carrying out role and responsibility of a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT). This individual would have a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Education, Criminal Justice or other Human Service profession. The individual will have one (1) year of verified post bachelors experience or with 60 credit hours (Associates Degree), three (3) years verified work experience providing behavioral health services to children, youth and their families. All candidates will be required to attend and participate in rigorous trainings. Each candidate will be required to be certified in the RBT- Registered Behavioral Technician training. The BHT must be able to provide individualized community-based therapeutic services deemed medically necessary with a holistic focus on the total needs of the child. This may encompass educational, developmental, social and emotional life domains.
