Cruise America is hiring an HR Assistant to assist the HR Manager with a variety of tasks including talent acquisition.

At Cruise America, the nation’s largest RV Rental and Sales company, we sell an experience. We sell camping with family, catching fireflies, or tailgating with friends at your favorite sporting event and/or outdoor music festival. We sell community and we sell fun!

You will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Time Management and the ability to multitask.
  • Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen.

What you will do:

As an HR Assistant, we expect you to assist the HR Manager with a variety of administrative tasks, screen resumes, contact and schedule applicants, conduct interviews, and assist in supporting employee inquiries.
