Currently we are seeking Bakery Production Helpers for our McMinnville cookie plant. Come join our team and help bake delicious cookies for our customers!

Job Summary:

Our Bakery Production Helpers will assist in a variety of positions or tasks related to the production of our products such as; cleaning equipment, preparing ingredients, loading, unloading machines, packaging, etc. The successful candidate will be reliable, flexible and hard-working! We take employee safety and food safety to heart and all work will be performed in accordance with SQF Food Safety procedures.

Shift and Hours:

Our bakery runs Monday through Friday and new employees may be assigned to work the day, swing or graveyard shift based on production needs. Overtime and weekend work may be available and necessary based on production needs.   

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:          

  • Bakery Production Helpers will perform various assigned, mostly manual labor tasks such as: cleaning and preparing equipment, grasping dough, lifting ingredients, moving boxes, stacking and packing cookies.
  • Provide quality assurance such as identify, count, sort and visually inspect bakery goods.
  • Accurately record any product analysis data or counts, as required by SQF Food Safety Procedures.
  • Work in a safe manner and promote safety at all times.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
