Employment Specialist- Reading

$1,000 Signing Bonus! AHEDD is seeking full-time Employment Specialists in Reading, PA to support persons with disabilities in finding and maintaining employment in Reading and surrounding areas. Requirements:

• Ability to respond to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends;
• Vehicle for daily reimbursed travel throughout the region;
• Must be eligible for state and federal clearances;
• Preference goes to candidates with field experience and/or a related degree.

Compensation starts at $31,200 annually, plus the potential for quarterly, performance-based incentives. Last year eligible employees earned an average of $2,753 in incentives above their base salaries. AHEDD is also offering new employees a $500 sign-on bonus paid after three months of employment and another $500 at one year.
