Capital Vacations’ National Field Package Sales Team, part of a leading timeshare company, is seeking to expand its team in the Atlanta area. Capital Vacations has an established Face-to-Face sales and marketing program which has been growing very quickly in the last year. You are in charge of your pay - the more you sell, the more you make! How? The compensation plan is $12/hour vs commissions! Here are the average annual salaries for the Marketing Agent position based on performance:
- Baseline Reps $45,000-55,000
- Good Reps $60,000-70,000
- Superstar Reps $70,000-80,000
With an instrumental, first-impression role on the Capital Vacations Field Package Sales Team, you will have the opportunity to help others make happy memories on their next Capital vacation. You'll create one-on-one connections with customers to learn their sense of adventure and relaxation. You will develop your interpersonal skills, sales skills, and feel a huge sense of accomplishment when your skills combine with your enthusiasm to reach personal and team sales goals!

The Field Package Sales team sells at exciting events and high traffic locations such as sporting events, shopping malls, local festivals, and events. We’re looking for hard working, highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude that want to learn and grow in their sales career. We require that all applicants have:
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to stand for up to 6hrs
