PAY: $15 - $19/hour (Dependent of qualifications)
HOURS: Work 4 week days with overtime available • 7:30 am – 5:00 pm

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide the highest level of patient care to the patients • Follow instructions • Be detail oriented and efficient • Exhibit good computer skills
GENERAL JOB DUTIES: Promptly and professionally answer incoming telephone calls • Schedule appointments accurately for all providers in all locations • Screen and route calls to the proper person or department according to department protocol • Give directions to all locations and answer any general questions about Trillium Creek • Accurately document and route all questions regarding prescriptions or any questions for the providers to the appropriate department/individual • Reschedule appointments for Trillium Creek • Respond to all live chat inquires • Schedule appointments in accordance with biopsy results (knowing how to read biopsy results correctly) • Schedule appointments properly due to the type of insurance (knowing which insurances require referrals and which ones we do not accept) • Adapt quickly to changes in protocol • Schedule cosmetic appointments • Verify all patient demographic information is correct • Accurately enter patient information into the EMR system • Discuss promotions and events with patients • Access and understand the EMR scheduling screen at all times • Maintain patient confidentiality
REQUIREMENTS: Be cheerful and friendly to all patients—a high level of customer service • Understand HIPAA and all practice guidelines and regulations with patient care • Exhibit good typing skills and computer skills • Communicate with patients about any issues or concerns • Communicate with Medical Assistants, PA’s, and Doctors • Work well with co-workers • Present information in a clear and concise manner • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information • Must be detail orientated
QUALIFICATIONS: • High School Diploma • Detail oriented and efficient • Computer skills • Good communication skills • Likes to work with people
