The Service Lane Greeter Will Meet All Customers Arriving to Have Service Performed on Their Vehicle

5-Day work week    |    $13.00 per hour starting

Position: Service Lane Greeter

Reports To: Service Director

Position Summary

The Service Lane Greeter will welcome customers arriving to have service work performed on their vehicle, record basic vehicle information, escort the customer to their Service Advisor, and transport the vehicle to and from the service area.

What will you be doing?

• Greeting customers arriving for service in a timely, friendly manner
• Obtaining and recording basic information about each customer
• Answering basic customer inquiries
• Re-fill windshield washer fluid in customer's vehicle
• Driving customer vehicles to and from the service area
• Performing your duties in various weather conditions
• Standing and/or walking for lengthy periods of time
• Other tasks as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES

• High school diploma, GED, or similar
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must receive favorable results from a Motor Vehicle Records review (MVR), drug test, and background check.

Candidates should be;

• Someone who can work without supervision
• Someone who is detailed in their work habits
• Someone who is cheerful and greets customers in a friendly manner
• Someone who is able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Someone who has excellent written & verbal communication skills
