As a Customer Service Representative, it will be an expectation to provide exceptional telephonic customer service to patients or medical professionals. You will be communicating diagnostic testing results and answering inquiries regarding the results. Handle all inbound customer contacts received by telephone. Place outbound calls to clients in accordance with call log procedures and policies.
Minimum experience or requirements:
Education Preferred: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Work Experience: Previous medical or customer service background preferred
