Job Description

This position requires a highly motivated, high energy marketing and service professional. This goal-oriented individual manages at-risk accounts, executes call campaigns to company’s client base, and oversees the setup of multiple new accounts.

This position requires dynamic, customer focused, and service professionals that possess excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills demonstrated by passion for providing outstanding customer service, creative thinking, and the ability to enthusiastically communicate with clients.


Minimum experience or requirements: 


  • Audit at-risk accounts by reviewing calls and recapping calls
  • Engage each clients in a highly professional manner
  • Execute multiple call campaigns across multiple industries
  • Identify at-risk accounts and escalate them through the appropriate means
  • Deliver satisfaction surveys to clients
  • Ensure that the right contacts for our clients are setup for the recommend reports
  • Execute setups for new accounts
  • Meet and maintain minimum activity standards
  • Meet and maintain minimum performance requirements
  • Maintain departmental standards and operating philosophy
  • Follow weekly schedules and schedule changes based on workflow



  • Strong customer service and listening skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Persistent in ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and accurately
  • Ability to work well on a team and take direction from supervisor
  • Detail oriented and highly flexible
  • Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously with or without direct oversight
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows
  • Flexible schedule that can work different shifts during the 9am - 5pm workday
  • Ability to be focused and enthusiastic through the entirety of the shift
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
