The position is for a dynamic individual with skills to support Sales and Business Development for
MRO Programs, to grow our footprint within these groups for both products and services. This
person must be able to understand both the mission and the structure of these organizations and be
able to work within these structures to identify new and evolving requirements and determine
effective solutions that Federal resources can provide to help solve and fill these requirements and
gaps that the customer has. The successful candidate must be able to articulate the strengths of
Federal Resources and our Partners and Vendors to solve the customer problems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development for MRO Programs, with a primary focus on the United States Air
Identify programmatic business opportunities related to equipment, service, and training solutions
offered by Federal Resources, as well as other strategic requirements within these organizations.
Develop strategic relationships with the customers to capture long term business programs.
Sell Products, Service and Training to the United States Air Force and other customers as identified.
Attend product fielding and training events.
Participate in and support sales reporting functions within FR, such as development of sales plans,
use of Salesforce, sales meetings, trade shows and other similar sales and marketing events.
50-75% travel is required for this position
Initially, there would be no supervisory responsibilities in this role, other than managing your own
time and responsibilities.
Experience, Education, Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
MRO experience, preferably through previous military or federal government programs.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce preferred.
