Project Manager Job Description

  • Project management and sales support for multiple accounts, in a fast-paced electrical sign manufacturing environment.
  • Responsible for lead coordination of projects, interacting with our customers, coordinating with manufacturing plants and subcontractors, landlords, permitting dept. and municipalities in various cities, townships, counties and property management firms.
  • Prepare subcontractor bids, select subcontractors, follow up with subcontractors on field progress.
  • Issue work orders, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
  • Prepare survey and completion packages, process invoices, maintain job files, complete other assignments as may be required.
  • Review job status reports to insure all projects are on time on budget and that customer's goals are met.
  • Complete all assignments in a timely manner. Update project file database.

 Sales Job Description

 Welder/Fabricator Job Description

  • Must be able to read and interpret construction drawings provided by our design department.
  • Must be able to plan, layout, determine work procedures, have knowledge of material properties, and determine the sequence of work steps for setting up work pieces for bending, cutting, drilling, hold punching, notching and forming.
  • Must be able to operate conventional machines for fabrication such as bending brakes, band saws (horizontal, and vertical), shears, tube benders and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines (Press brakes) on a variety of materials.
  • Must be able to fabricate parts to meet the print specifications.
  • Must perform quality checks on production to include: inspection, pats measurement in order to verify the production parts are meeting requirements of the print.
  • Must be familiar with Mig welding with experience in welding Aluminum and Steel.
  • Must be able to perform multiple methods of joining material permanently or through using fasteners in assembly (rivets, screws, clips, caulks, or bonds).
  • Must follow all safety, regulatory, and environmental/hazardous standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 Assembler Job Description

  • High School Diploma required.
  • MUST BE A SELF STARTER.
  • Must be able to read and interpret construction drawings provided by our design department.
  • Must be able to plan, layout, determine work procedures, have knowledge of material properties, and determine the sequence of work steps for setting up work pieces for assembly, and complete in a timely manner.
  • Must perform quality checks on production to include: inspection, measurements in order to verify the production parts are meeting requirements of the print.
  • Establish and record metrics for department utilization, productivity and time by work order.
  • Work with a combination of tools, saws, rivet guns and assorted hand tools.
  • Ensure work area is kept clean and organized.
  • Must follow all safety, regulatory, and environmental/hazardous standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
