What You Will Be Doing:

  • Managing our customer’s needs across all business lines
  • Handling inbound and outbound service calls
  • Facilitating payment to customers and delivering transactional details via email and phone
  • Coordinating with our Fulfillment team to ensure all delivers
  • Retaining existing customers through service/sales calls
  • Answering Social Media inquiries
  • Driving sales at tradeshows (includes some limited travel)
  • Collaborating directly with our Marketing Team to generate sales campaigns across all channels
  • Assisting with Sales, as needed

 

What You Need for this Position:

           

  • Minimum 2 years of Account Management or Sales experience, preferably B2B, ideally in one of our customer markets.
  • Associates or Bachelor degree preferred; however, we provide comprehensive training and all candidates with the right skill set will be considered
  • Elite communication skills and rapport building, both in person and on phone
  • Track record with dealing with challenging customers
  • Mind for math and comfortable with numbers
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite, including experience with Excel
  • Must be fast learner with computers and navigating proprietary software
  • Strong and reliable work ethic
  • Thrive with teams
  • Follows instructions well
  • Problem-solver with inquisitive mind

 

Compensation:  Commensurate with experience
