I just transitioned out of the military and eager to begin my second career. I am seeking an entry level Human Resources position where I can apply the knowledge I have gained while working on my B.S. in Human Resources Management. My degree will be completed in 2018.

Responsible for the enlisted specialty training program, including skill level upgrade training, career development course program, and recurring aircraft maintenance certifications for over 2,100 military aircraft maintenance personnel. Supervised 11 unit training managers assigned to the aircraft maintenance training flight. Conducted and documented staff assistance visits and inspections to identify problem areas and provide training solutions. Counseled individuals when there were discrepancies with training. Analyzed, disseminated, and briefed the comprehensive monthly status of training report to the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base leadership.
